Hello sweeties, there are 2 important issues I need to address in this post and I seek for everyone's understanding!
First and foremost, collection of deposits. I have a few sweeties out there who asked me why am I collecting deposits. If you realise, I only collect it on the first appointment and subsequently it is all based on trust. The reason for collecting deposit is very simple, it is to secure your appointment slot and also in the event that you go missing, at least I won't waste up this space. Because I am operating from home, I am the only one working and every hour to me is important. It would be unfair for me to turn down other customers because you took the slot and ended up missing. In this case, I not only lose you, I lose other potential customers too. Furthermore, the amount for deposit($20) will be used to offset your payment. Meaning, if the service cost you $60, you would only need to pay $40 on the appointment day itself. In any way, I am not taking any advantage(s) of you and vice versa. I only require you to make a deposit payment within 24hrs and you can secure your appointment. Additionally, I will give you my address after payment is verified so you know where I stay and I wouldn't run away. Don't worry, Play-Nails is a real business, I am the owner and I won't run away.
Next, punctuality. I wish and hope all sweeties to be punctual for your appointment slot. Even if you will be late for 5-10mins, it is still good if you could at least inform me. I do have customer who is late for 45mins! So you imagine me sitting down idling and waiting and waiting. In 45 mins I can finish a set of nail art. So I seek everyone cooperation to be on time or at least inform if you are late.
